LOST

I have lost my cell phone. If you find it please return it. It was lost in the vicinity of my family room, or bedroom, or maybe the laundry room, or maybe it is in the fridge or in one of my drawers or lost in the disaster I call my car or perhaps it is wrapped under my tree or in my garbage or................
any who I have NO idea where it is. Sorry if you are trying to get a hold of me.
Hopefully I will find it tomorrow when I clean my house.

Ugly Sweater Party

Adrie and Matt hosted a super fun "Ugly Sweater" party over the weekend.
To all of you losers who didn't show, (you know who are!) you missed out.

Cody and Milo in their ugly sweaters.
(Milo is actually wearing one of uncle Clay's sweater straight out of the eighties)

A sampling of some of the ugly sweaters.

Believe it or not I won Ugliest Sweater for this little number.

Adrie wrapped a present like ten times and we had to
try to unwrap it with gloves on, harder then you think!

But Cody finally got it!
Thanks Adrie and Matt!

P.S. There were some bumping bunnies waiting for me when I got home.

Thanksgiving

Milo, thank you for sleeping through the night for the first time last night. What a wonderful Thanksgiving surprise. Thank you for laughing, and smiling and being you! I love you.
Cody, thank you for being such a wonderful husband and such an awesome dad.
We love you!

To renovate or not to renovate

So I have been trying to decide if we should do a little renovating at our house. One of the things I don't like about my house is that it doesn't have an open floor plan. I can't open it up completely because of the placement of my stairs. But I have been considering opening it up as much as possible.
This is from my kitchen. I could tear down the wall to about banister height. (The black line.)

This is from my family room. The black box is what would be gone. I'm not sure if the beam would have to stay or not. Cody needs to check to see if it is load bearing. I can't go all the way across either because of my pantry.

This is what it looks like now.

Would I love it, or hate it? Let me know what you think.

Dear Sister,

Today is your BIRTHDAY!
HAPPY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
If your were here we would go out to lunch, your choice.
(Probably Cafe Rio where we would share a salad.)
Then we would go shopping, maybe even to Park City and I
would buy a gift while we were out.
I would definately take you to see Twilight on Thursday.
(Are you going?)
Instead you will have to wait for my gift in the mail.
(Sorry I was late sending it.)
But it doesn't really matter because we celebrate BIRTH WEEKS, right?

In LOVE

Did you know it was possible to be
sooooo in LOVE?

'Cause I didn't.

Dear Ashton and Kye,

We woke up this morning, looked out the window and saw this...................................................................................

IT SNOWED!!! The very first snowfall of the season. Don't worry we will save you some so you can build a snowman when you come for Christmas. Maybe you can build a sandman until then.
Love and miss you guys!

HapPy HAlLoWeEn!

We had a fun and mellow Halloween. Milo was the cutest little horse! We went trick-or-treating at some of Milo's grandparents and then went home and answered the door at our house. Cody's favorite part was scaring all of the neighbor kids with his Jason mask.

Update

Wow! A lot has happened since I last posted.
First Hank got home from his mission!I can't believe he is home. We missed him so much! He is the same old Hank. This is what he looked like at the airport when I picked him and my parents and Clay up. I told him to go put on his suit and come back down the escalator but he wouldn't.

Our little Peruvian baby showing off his souvenir.

Milo has at hit several milestones. He is now 5 months old! He has started eating cereal, sitting up, rolling over and got his first tooth! (Oh, and my camera broke so until we get a new one there might not be many pics to come)

Stewart Falls

Last weekend we decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and go for a hike. We went with Cody's parents and hiked to Stewart Falls. It was beautiful and Milo loves the backpack.
I LOVE fall!
