That's right, yesterday I celebrated the big 25! I've got to tell you it is a little strange, I don't feel 25. Didn't I just graduate from high school? I guess not. Every time Cody so kindly reminds me how old I'm getting I simply reply, "I'll never be as old as you!" and it actually makes me feel a little better.
This birth week, (I always celebrate birth weeks, one day just isn't enough!) we had the usual ski day. Thank you so much Hayley for watching Milo for me. It felt so good to get out and do something that made me feel like my old self instead of "mom".
The birth week also included pork salads and a couple of rounds of bowling. Thank you Finch family! Unfortunately I forgot my camera so I don't have any pictures, but I gotta tell ya bowling is pretty dang fun.
Cody and Milo took me out to breakfast and let me take a nice long nap.
And then last night my mom made my favorite dinner, salmon, and we had cake and ice cream. Thank you family.
If you thought birth week was over you are wrong. I still need to go shopping with all that Birthday cash!
