To renovate or not to renovate
So I have been trying to decide if we should do a little renovating at our house. One of the things I don't like about my house is that it doesn't have an open floor plan. I can't open it up completely because of the placement of my stairs. But I have been considering opening it up as much as possible.
This is from my kitchen. I could tear down the wall to about banister height. (The black line.)
This is from my family room. The black box is what would be gone. I'm not sure if the beam would have to stay or not. Cody needs to check to see if it is load bearing. I can't go all the way across either because of my pantry.
This is what it looks like now.
Would I love it, or hate it? Let me know what you think.

Dear Sister,
Today is your BIRTHDAY!
HAPPY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
If your were here we would go out to lunch, your choice.
(Probably Cafe Rio where we would share a salad.)
Then we would go shopping, maybe even to Park City and I
would buy a gift while we were out.
I would definately take you to see Twilight on Thursday.
(Are you going?)
Instead you will have to wait for my gift in the mail.
(Sorry I was late sending it.)
But it doesn't really matter because we celebrate BIRTH WEEKS, right?

Dear Ashton and Kye,
We woke up this morning, looked out the window and saw this...................................................................................
IT SNOWED!!! The very first snowfall of the season. Don't worry we will save you some so you can build a snowman when you come for Christmas. Maybe you can build a sandman until then.
Love and miss you guys!

We had a fun and mellow Halloween. Milo was the cutest little horse! We went trick-or-treating at some of Milo's grandparents and then went home and answered the door at our house. Cody's favorite part was scaring all of the neighbor kids with his Jason mask.
Milo with the good witch, the sad zebra, Grandma Jean, the Beautiful little mermaid, and Bud.
