Goodbye summer

One last trip down the Green River and I even got to go along this time. We left Charlie for the first time and he did great with my mom and Amber.

Charlie 10 Months

These pics pretty much sum up Charlie right now: mobile! Charlie is on the move. He walks everywhere now. He knows the sign for "all done." He says "da da", "dog", and "uh oh".  He loves playing peek-a-boo and follows Milo all over the house. Charlie is now "Mr. Bossy Pants" at our house. It's amazing how one little person can control your whole life! Charlie communicates by pointing. He points at what he wants and points where he wants to go and if he doesn't get his way he gets mad! He isstill a little sweetheart though and I can't imagine our family without him.

Cody and Milo and the Green River

Cody and milo went with the Finches to float the Green River and fish. They camp near Flaming Gorge and float the river from the dam. Charlie and I sat out this trip.I'll let the pics doing the talking.

Charlie 9 months

Charlies 9 month stats

Weight: 17.61 lbs.  16%

Height: 29 in. 30%

Head: 18.25 in. 86%

I know I say it every time but I can't believe Charlie is 9 months old already. 

He is such a happy pleasant baby.

Charlie is a crawling pro and is trying to walk. According to his pediatrician he is "technically walking."  He still gets around by crawling mostly but his record so far is 8 continuous steps.

Charlie loves trying new foods and is a pretty good eater.

His favorite word so far is "dada". But he trys to say mama but it comes out more like "na na."

Charlie loves playing peek-a-boo. He covers his face with a blanket until you say, "Where's Charlie?" Then he pulls it down and smiles.

He is a little stinker and is NOT sleeping through the night yet. Although this is mostly my fault :/

He makes up for his poor nighttime habits by being an awesome napper. He sleeps for a couple of hours in the morning and the afternoon.

Charlie LOVES to be outside. He will crawl over to the door and point that he wants to go outside.

Charlies hair is starting to come in curly and I am absolutely in love with it! I was really hoping one of my kids would get the Finches curly hair. (Even though Cody didn't get it.)

Charlie loves his big brother and follows him around the house all day. Milo is a really good big brother for the most part. Everytime Charlie wakes up I can count on Milo running in to let me know that Charlie is awake and wants to come out now.

I can't imagine our lives without this sweet baby boy!

Charlie is now on the move! He is crawling all over the place and can pull himself up to a standing position on furniture. His bottom front tooth has come in and the other one should come through soon.
